Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada siswa di kelas X SMA Negeri 1 </span><span class="s5">Dumoga</span><span class="s5">. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi linear berganda Ŷ = 1,848 + 0,625 X</span><span class="s20">₁</span><span class="s5"> + 0,373 X</span><span class="s20">₂</span><span class="s5">. Dari hasil uji t membuktikan bahwa secara parsial variabel kejenuhan belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan belajar dengan nilai t-hitung &gt; t-tabel yaitu (2,606 &gt;2,001), pola asuh orang tua berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan belajar dengan nilai t-hitung &gt; t-tabel yaitu (2,579 &gt; 2,001). Kemudian dari hasil uji F membuktikan bahwa kejenuhan belajar dan pola asuh orang tua secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan belajar siswa SMA Negeri 1 </span><span class="s5">Dumoga</span><span class="s5"> dengan nilai F-hitung lebih besar dari F-tabel yaitu (376,09 &gt; 3,15) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 &lt; 0,05. Dari hasil uji t membuktikan bahwa secara parsial variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai t-hitung &gt; t-tabel yaitu (3,551 &gt; 1,990), kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan nilai t-hitung &gt; t-tabel yaitu (2,955 &gt; 1,990). Kemudian dari hasil uji F membuktikan bahwa kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di toko MR. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui terkait perkawinan adat sebagai kearifan lokal dalam hal perspektif ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan di Desa Tumaluntung, Kecamatan Kauditan yang masih mempraktikkan perkawinan adat. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan pemerintah Desa, tokoh-tokoh adat dan pelaku perkawinan adat. Hasil penelitian menenjukkan bahwa perkawinan adat selain memerlukan biaya yang signifikan, juga dapat memperkuat solidaritas sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat, serta menjadi sarana untuk menjaga kelangsungan kearifan lokal yang memiliki nilai-nilai ekonomi yang positif, seperti gotong royong. Jenis penelitian ini yakni penelitian kualitatif. Informan yang menjadi sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu 3 orang Petani kelapa dan 2 orang petani gula merah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilkaukan adalah wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi data. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 53 kepala keluarga sebagai petani padi. Total sampling dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 47 kepala keluarga petani padi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran angket atau kuisioner. Sumber data yakni sumber data primer yang telah diolah. Kemudian data dengan hasil angket atau kuisioner dianalisis dengan rumus chi square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan petani padi sangat berpengaruh terhadap kelangsungan pendidikan anak yang berada di Desa Touliang Kecamatan Kakas Barat Kabupaten Minahasa karena rendahnya tingkat pendidikan anak sangat dipengaruhi pendapatan ekonomi orang tua, karena orang tualah yang bertanggung jawab membiayai pendidikan anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan<br>pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah 271<br>mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Manado, dengan sampel<br>yang diambil sebanyak 73 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu melalui kuesioner<br>yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data digunakan regresi linier<br>berganda, uji asumsi klasik, serta uji hipotesis (uji t dan f) dan koefisien determinasi.. Hasil<br>dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Online Customer Review tidak<br>berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara Kualitas Produk secara parsial<br>berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, baik Online<br>Customer Review maupun Kualitas Produk memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan<br>terhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 31% menunjukkan<br>kontribusi variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 69%<br>dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.<br>Kata Kunci: Online Customer Review, Kualitas Produk, Keputusan Pembelian</p> <p><br>ABSTRACT<br>The aim of this research is to determine the influence of online customer review and<br>product quality on purchasing decisions of students at the Faculty of Economics and<br>Business, Manado State University. This research uses a quantitative approach. The<br>population that was the focus of this research was 271 students from Faculty of Economics<br>and Business, Manado State University, with a sample of 73 respondents. The data<br>collection technique is through a questionnaire whose validity and reliability have been<br>tested. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression, classical asumption tests,<br>as well as hypothesis testing (t and f tests) and coefficient of determination. This results of<br>this research show that partially online customer review have no influence on purchasing<br>decisions, while partial product quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions.<br>Simultaneously, both online customer review and product quality have a significant<br>influence on purchasing decisions. Literasi ekonomi berperan penting dalam memberikan pemahaman dasar tentang pengelolaan keuangan dan pengambilan keputusan ekonomi yang rasional, sedangkan literasi digital membantu mahasiswa memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mendukung kegiatan berwirausaha di era digital.. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi linear berganda Ŷ = 1,345 + 0,647 X1 + 0,351 X2. Dari hasil uji t membuktikan bahwa secara parsial variabel Literasi Ekonomi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai t-hitung &gt; t-tabel yaitu (3,551 &gt; 1,990), literasi ekonomi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha dengan nilai t-hitung &gt; t-tabel yaitu (2,955 &gt; 1,990). Kemudian dari hasil uji F membuktikan bahwa literasi ekonomi dan literasi digital secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Manado dengan nilai F-hitung lebih besar dari F-tabel yaitu (458,23 &gt; 3,11) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 &lt; 0,05. Economic literacy plays an important role in providing a basic understanding of financial management and rational economic decision-making, while digital literacy helps students utilize technology to support entrepreneurial activities in the digital era. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses primary data through distributing questionnaires to students. The results of the study obtained a multiple linear regression equation Ŷ = 1.345 + 0.647 X1 + 0.351 X2. The results of the t-test prove that partially the Economic Literacy variable has a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest with a t-count value&gt; t-table, namely (3.551&gt; 1.990), economic literacy has a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest with a t-count value&gt; t-table, namely (2.955&gt; 1.990). PBL adalah pendekatan pembelajaran yang mengutamakan penyelesaian masalah sebagai metode utama dalam memperoleh pengetahuan, yang diyakini dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest kelompok kontrol. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Kristen Tomohon yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang menerapkan model PBL dan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes berpikir kreatif yang mengukur aspek-aspek fluensi, fleksibilitas, orisinalitas, dan elaborasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pada kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan model PBL dibandingkan dengan kelompok yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan model PBL dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa, terutama dalam konteks pembelajaran di sekolah menengah. PBL is a learning approach that prioritizes problem solving as the main method in gaining knowledge, which is believed to improve students’ creative thinking skills. This study used an experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects of the study were grade VII student of tomohon christian middle school who were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group that applied the PBL model and the control group that used conventional learning. The instrument used in this study was a creative thingking test that measured aspects of fluency,flexibility,originality,and elaboration. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the creative thingking skills of the students who participated in learning using the PBL model compared to the grup that participated in conventional learning. These findings indicate that the application of the PBL model can be an effective strategy in developing students’ creative thinking skills, especially in the context of learning in secondary schools. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian metode eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 249 Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas XI Ekonomi 1 30 dan kelas X Ekonomi 3 30. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan tes. Berdasarkan hasil peneitian bahwa bila t hitung lebih kecil atau sama dengan t table maka Ho diterima, sebaliknya bila t hitung lebih besar dari t table maka Ha yang diterima. Dalam penelitian ini diketahui t hitung sebesar 2.061 dan Dengan dk= n1-n2-2= 30+30-2= 58, dengan dk 58 dan taraf kesalahan sebesar 0.05 dengan begitu t tabel sebesar 1.990. dengan demikan Ha di terima dan Ho ditolak. The method used in this study uses the experimental method research type. The population in this study was 249. The sample of this study consisted of two classes, namely class XI Economics 1 30 and class X Economics 3 30. The data collection method used documentation and tests. Based on the results of the study, if the calculated t is smaller or equal to the t table, Ho is accepted, conversely if the calculated t is greater than the t table, Ha is accepted. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa gaya mengajar guru (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa (Y) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,007 (&lt;0,05). Kepuasan belajar siswa (X2) juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,013 (&lt;0,05). Selain itu, hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen tersebut secara bersama-sama memengaruhi hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai signifikansi F sebesar 0,001 (&lt;0,05). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya mengajar guru dan kepuasan belajar siswa memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap hasil belajar siswa.<br>Kata Kunci : Gaya Mengajar Guru, Kepuasan Belajar Siswa, Hasil Belajar, Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS).<br><br><br>ABSTRACT<br>This study aims to analyze the influence of teachers' teaching styles and students' learning satisfaction on students' learning outcomes in Social Studies (IPS) subjects for Grade VII at SMP Frater Don Bosco Tomohon. This research employs a quantitative approach. The analysis results show that the teacher's teaching style (X1) has a significant partial effect on students' learning outcomes (Y), with a significance value of 0.007 (&lt;0.05). Students' learning satisfaction (X2) also has a significant influence on learning outcomes, with a significance value of 0.013 (&lt;0.05). In addition, the simultaneous test results indicate that both independent variables jointly affect students' learning outcomes, with an F significance value of 0.001 (&lt;0.05). Populasi terjangkau pada penelitian ini berjumlah 239 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 150 siswa, dengan menggunakan perhitungan rumus slovin. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara Praktik Kerja Industri (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) terhadap Minat Kerja (Y) siswa kelas XII Jurusan AKL-A dan AKL-B SMK Poopo. Hasil hipotesis ditunjukkan oleh analisis regresi linier berganda dimana Hasil uji F dalam tabel Anova yaitu F hitung 54,473 &gt; F tabel 3,06. Hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara Praktik Kerja Industri (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) dengan Minat Kerja (Y). Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Sikka. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan model regresi Y =6.794−0.006X<sub>1</sub>−0.0000099X<sub>2</sub>, dengan nilai signifikansi masing-masing variabel lebih besar dari 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,031 mengindikasikan bahwa TPAK dan Jumlah Penduduk hanya mampu menjelaskan 3,1% variasi dalam TPT. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan, TPAK dan jumlah penduduk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap TPT di Kabupaten Sikka. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan 56 siswa yang dipilih secara acak sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, korelasi sederhana, dan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa (thitung = 12,752 &gt; ttabel = 2,004) serta antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa (thitung = 6,389 &gt; ttabel = 2,004). Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut memberikan kontribusi sebesar 74,53% terhadap hasil belajar siswa, dengan fhitung = 29,395 &gt; ftabel = 3,171. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan teknologi pembelajaran dan peningkatan motivasi belajar berperan penting dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa niat berwirausaha dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman. Selain itu, pembelajaran ini meningkatkan minat siswa untuk berwirausaha, tetapi minat ini belum sepenuhnya diiringi oleh kesiapan psikologis dan keyakinan diri mereka untuk benar-benar memulai bisnis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kemampuan entrepreneurial self-efficacy sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara pengalaman belajar dan niat berwirausaha pada siswa pendidikan ekonomi. Kemampuan entrepreneurial self-efficacy adalah salah satu faktor penting yang berperan dalam menjembatani pengalaman belajar dengan pembentukan niat berwirausaha. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan skala Likert kepada 190 responden yang dipilih secara random. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa experiential learning memengaruhi entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan entrepreneurial intention secara signifikan; selain itu, entrepreneurial self-efficacy terbukti berperan sebagai mediator. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa experiential learning dan aplikatif dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa terhadap potensi kewirausahaan mereka. Pengalaman ini kemudian mendorong pembentukan entrepreneurial intention untuk berwirausaha. Penelitian ini tidak hanya memberikan kontribusi teoretis untuk penciptaan model pembelajaran kewirausahaan, tetapi juga menekankan betapa pentingnya experiential learning untuk menjadi bagian dari pembelajaran. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk menggunakan metode longitudinal. Jumlah sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 218 mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket berbentuk kuesioner, yang sebelumnya telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya.<br>Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Media pembelajaran digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Gaya belajar gen-z. The tendency to learn less is due to time wasted with mobile phone playing activities and lack of encouragement from family at home and teachers at school to encourage students to learn. This study involved 32 students of grade XI at SMKS Poopo, Variable X1 Learning Motivation, Variable X2 Learning Discipline and Variable Y Learning Outcomes. Partially, the motivation variable influences student learning outcomes, namely based on the t test of 2.126 which is greater than t table with a probability of 0.037. Likewise, learning discipline influences student learning outcomes as seen from the t test of 2.253 which is greater than t table with a probability of 0.027. The research method used is a survey method, which is sourced from data and information mainly obtained from respondents as research samples using questionnaires or questionnaires as data collection instruments. The population in this study were 96 students of class XI OTKP at SMK N 1 Bitung. The sampling technique used was random sampling with a level of 5% so that a sample of 77 students was obtained. The population in this study were all students of class XI at Sma Negeri 1 Motoling Barat totaling 50 students. Based on the results and discussions above, it can be concluded that the entrepreneurial knowledge obtained by the Young Generation, namely knowledge about the business to be pioneered, knowledge about business management and organization, and knowledge about roles and responsibilities can form an entrepreneurial character in the Young Generation marked by the existence of attitudes and behavior in entrepreneurship. Teacher self-efficacy is a teacher's belief in his/her ability to teach, while teaching commitment reflects the level of dedication and loyalty of teachers to their profession. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The research sample was class X Office Administration students selected through saturated sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the regression analysis showed that teacher self-efficacy and teacher teaching commitment had a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes, both partially and simultaneously. This finding confirms that the higher the teacher's self-efficacy and teaching commitment, the better the student learning outcomes. The method used in this research is an experimental research method with a Pre-test Post-test Control Group Design research design. The sample in this study was 60 students consisting of class XI A as experimental class 1 using the Project Based Learning Model totaling 30 students and class XI C as experimental class 2 using the Discovery Learning Model totaling 30 students. The results of the study with hypothesis testing using the Independent Sample T-Test showed a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0,023 &lt; 0,05. then as the basis for decision-making in the Independent Sample T-Test, it can be concluded that H<sub>0</sub> is rejected and H<sub>a</sub> is accepted. As for the value of t<sub>calculated</sub> &gt; t<sub>table</sub> of 2,337 &gt; 2,001, it can be concluded that H<sub>0</sub> is rejected and H<sub>a</sub> is accepted. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation and interviews. Data analysis in this study is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To check the validity of the data, researchers use data triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the development of road infrastructure in Watutumou II Village has had a significant impact on the welfare of the farming community, especially in increasing income through smoother transportation access, reducing the cost of distributing agricultural products, and creating new business opportunities. The population in this study were students in grades VII, VIII and IX of SMP Kristen 4 Tikala Manado totaling 67 students. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses primary data through distributing questionnaires to 75 office management and business service class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Bitung. The results of the study obtained a multiple linear regression equation Ŷ = 5.011 + 0.546 X₁ + 0.405X₂. learning motivation has a significant effect on learning outcomes with a t-count value&gt; t-table, namely (6.800&gt; 1.993). Then the results of the F test prove that the use of social media and learning motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the learning outcomes of office management and business service class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Bitung with an F-count value greater than the F-table, namely (557.18&gt; 3.12) with a significance value of 0.000 &lt;0.05. The focus of the study includes how the implementation of digital marketing, supporting and inhibiting factors, and its effectiveness compared to traditional marketing methods. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through direct interviews with woloan wooden house businessmen. The results of the study show that digital marketing has the potential to expand market reach, including outside the region and abroad, although its use is still limited to social media without complex strategies such as SEO or paid advertising. The main supporting factors are easy access to technology and entrepreneurs' awareness of the importance of digital marketing, while limited technological knowledge and tight competition are the main obstacles. This research uses a quantitative approach. The analysis results show that Product Quality (X1) has a significant partial effect on Farmers' Income (Y), with a significance value of 0.007 (&lt;0.05). Price (X2) also has a significant effect on Farmers' Income, with a significance value of 0.013 (&lt;0.05). In addition, the simultaneous test results indicate that both independent variables together influence Farmers' Income, with an F significance value of 0.001 (&lt;0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that Product Quality and Price have a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on Farmers' Income. This research method uses the Experiment method with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design, using a research sample of 71 students in class X where the XE class is an experimental class with a total of 36 students and the XD class is a control class with a total of 35 students with the sample technique used is Simple Random Sampling. The results of the study show that the Problem Based Learning learning model&nbsp; has an effect on the economic learning outcomes of class X students. This is shown by the results&nbsp; of the posttest of the t-test where the t-count &gt; t-table is 3.89 &gt; 1.67 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is an influence of the Problem Based Learning&nbsp; learning model on students' economic learning outcomes.
